How fast is delivery? Orders in Dubai are delivered within 1 hour, and orders in the other Emirates are delivered the same day.

How can I pay? We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), card payments, and secure payment links shared by our support team on WhatsApp.

How do I track my order? Message us on WhatsApp at [WhatsApp number to be added] with your order number, and we will confirm your delivery status.

Do you sell to under-18s? No. PUFF DUBAI sells only to adults aged 18 and over, and an adult must be available to receive the delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return Policy & Warranty page for details.
